Thank you for visiting the Cric24 Media, World Wide Web site (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern your use of the Site. Limited use of the Site is offered to you by SportsGrounds subject to, and conditioned upon your acceptance of, these Terms of Use.
Cric24 Media grants you the permission to view and use the particular stream(s) to which you have subscribed by Donation. Donors Payment (Server Donation) for particular stream or stream bundles on Cric24 Media is made on a Series-to-Series or Match-to-Match basis.

Internet Speed- 750 Kbps Download Speed (Cable/DSL)
Internet Browser- Internet Explorer 6.0 or Higher
Video Player- Windows Media Player 11 or higher/Microsoft Silverlight Player
REFUND POLICY
We offer a non-refund policy unless exceptional circumstances. It is your duty as the buyer to check that you have the recommended requirements for the service and any person/member who claims a refund will be banned from the website in question and not be allowed to purchase again.
If you are seen to breaking the rules of the website, you will be warned/banned depending on the severity of the rule breaking and WILL NOT be entitled to a refund.
Reasons for which you cannot ask for Refund:
If your subscription is expired no matter what no refund can be issued. You have to ask for refund before your subscription period is over.
This stream will not work if you have any kind of firewall. Usually in the offices they have hardware firewall. In that case you cannot enjoy the service from office. You have to understand it is not our fault.
You have to understand that when you are using sophisticated technologies like these things can go wrong. If we have any problem with the service we will try our best to bring the service back. If your service is not working for less then 24hrs provided that the subscription is for at least 7 days or more no refund will be issued.
We guarantee that our stream will be buffering free. If it buffers that is because of your internet speed. You have to understand that even if you have high speed internet the speed of the line is not always constant. No refund will be issued for buffering complains.
If your stream is working on one PC and not working on another, then you should understand that the service is fine from our end and we do not provide service of fixing your PC for you.
If you are out of town or anything like that and did not watch the stream we cannot issue refund for that.
If any of the event is canceled for reasons beyond our control there will be no refund for that. But we will try to compensate in the form of providing some other streaming for the subscription period. Any claim for refund because of canceled events will be denied because we are not responsible for the cancelation.
A Special Note:
We reserve all rights to change or modify this refund policy later in basis of necessity. We understand that sometimes these streaming links might not work in your PC for version incompatibility. We will issue you a refund in case we have reasons to believe that the service did not work for you. Sometimes the case is people ask for refund after enjoying the service. If this is the case and we have reasons to believe that your complain is genuine we will issue you a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION SHARING
We strictly prohibit you sharing the same account with your friends. We use Six Level Security System to maintain Your Information. If You share your account information with others our system will ban your account instantly. You are not permitted to login from two different computer at the same time by using the same account. If you wish to login from another computer, first you need to log out if you are logged in at any place. If our system detects account sharing or multiple access, your account will ban from our system automatically.
